Welcome to Sigma Tau Lambda (ΣΤΛ) - a space where Unity, Wisdom, and Growth resonate at the very core of our existence. As the Founding Visionary of Sisterly Leadership of this unique sorority, I am both honored and thrilled to share with you our vision and the journey that has led us here.

ΣΤΛ is more than just a sorority; it's a sisterhood that recognizes and celebrates the collective strength of transgender women. We believe in the power of advocacy, equity, and the boundless possibilities that arise when we come together to lift each other up.

We have chosen the name "The Pillars of ΣΤΛ" for our inaugural group of members to symbolize the foundational values that hold us strong and steadfast. Our colors - Bright Pink, Vivid Orange, and Soft Purple - are the vibrant embodiment of our diversity, our courage, and our shared commitment to making a positive impact on our community.

Our guiding principles draw inspiration from the Yoruba practice, emphasizing the ancient wisdom of collective strength and sisterhood. Together, we strive to foster an environment where every voice is heard, where every heart is nurtured, and where every hand is extended in friendship and support.
